Start with your target list
Send us the analytes, the matrix and the cohort size. We will tell you which platform measures them, where the sensitivity sits for your specific targets rather than for the panel as a whole, and what the study will take. You will have an answer within one working day.
If we are not the right laboratory for your study, we will say so in that first reply.
WHat we measure
What we measure for oncology programmes
Oncology biomarker work spans a wide sensitivity range, and no single format covers all of it. We run the platforms that do, in the same laboratory, and combine them when a study needs it.
Deep immune profiling
Validated inflammatory endpoints
Ultra-sensitive focused biomarkers
Angiogenesis and vascular biology

why
Choosing the right approach for your question
Modern oncology programmes rarely rest on a single endpoint. The same study may need to establish:
who is responding to immunotherapy
who is developing cytokine release syndrome
whether the intended target is engaged, and at what dose
how the tumour microenvironment is changing
which patients belong in which arm
which pharmacodynamic signals move before the clinical endpoint does
Those questions do not share one analytical answer. Some need multiplex breadth, some need attomolar sensitivity. All need reproducibility, most of them from limited sample volumes.
A typical route through a programme
Broad NULISA profiling identifies candidate immune, inflammatory and tumour-response signals.
The programme narrows to the biomarkers with the strongest biological and study relevance. Selected markers move into MSD or Simoa for focused validation, where reproducibility and cross-study comparability matter. The validated set then supports response prediction, safety monitoring, target engagement or patient stratification.
A signal worth pursuing moves straight into validation, with the same scientific team and the same chain of custody.
Platform selection is agreed at scoping, before you commit samples.
